  3.    will relay you via telnet to another bot that your bot knows of,
  4.    whether or not they are currently connected.  your dcc-chat/telnet
  5.    connection to this bot will be relayed to the other bot until the
  6.    other bot drops your relay, or until you send "*bye*" on a line by
  7.    itself.
